Dear Mr. Cornwell:

          My name is Miss Bess and I have written the book 'No, Not One!' calling for Revival: Come Alive 2025 - You Were Made for More!  The print version will be available on May 15, 2025, and I would like to personally request that you place my book AT THE VERY FRONT of all your stores.  

          Revival is scheduled for Sunday, May 25, 2025. There isn't much time to prepare.  But, when The Lord guides, He provides.  What one little old disabled woman has been able to accomplish since February 15th is absolutely mind-blowing.  A miracle as some would say.  I am here to announce as living proof that miracles are available for all.  It's time to bring the broken home.  We are entering The Season of Second Chances.

          I do understand that you are a busy man, so I will try to get to the point. Sir, I believe that you will benefit greatly from reading this letter. This could be the answer you have been looking for, resolving any issue you may encounter from here on out.  Or, at the very least, I hope it provides you with another viewpoint to consider and a good chuckle.  I am just the messenger.

          That being said, I would like to draw your attention to the following observations I couldn’t help but notice when Googled Target this morning:

· You are the Chair and CEO of Target Corporation since August 2014. 

     That must mean that you believe in the company you represent.

· Target is an American Retail Corporation.

     You should fly your flag high proud of God and Country.  You could be setting the example.

· You have served both as a vendor partner and competitor of Target.

     That means you personally have the ability to see both sides of an argument and choose which side to support.

· You are responsible for Reputation Management.

     That means you are the decision-maker, which is important to note when time is of the essence.

· Your website features a Media Hotline that encourages phone and email comments.

     That means you care about what people think, and you understand that the best ideas can come from anywhere, whether from the janitor or anyone with passion.  You don’t take offense to criticism; your only goal is to improve your relationship with ALL people. Maybe that was why you chose inclusion in the first place.

· The stock of Amazon, Target, and Walmart dropped by more than 10% in March. Amazon has varied revenue streams that could protect it from the impact of Tariffs. Walmart’s focus on consumer staples could defend it. 

     Target's plans were not mentioned other than to increase their current food offerings which will come with a hefty initial investment cost.

· AI says Target experienced a significant financial hit, losing approximately $12.4 billion in market value, primarily due to a stock plunge following the retailer’s decision to abandon its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments and the subsequent backlash and boycott efforts.

     That means the decision was already made. The price was already paid.

In my opinion, it seems that Target has all but made a public profession of faith to ‘Repent (God) & Rebuild (Country)’.  Now that's a campaign people will rally behind!  

          Target has been broken Sir.  What a statement it would send if The Broken (Target) Stands Up and Takes a REAL Stand for the Broken (ALL people are God's people).  No one was made broken.  The world has told them a lie.  They are all perfect as they are.  They feel lost because their identity is In Christ.  Everyone deserves a chance for Revival and to feel God's grace, mercy and LOVE.  That is inclusivity!

          So, I am going to be as bold as I can be by saying that I believe that I have been placed on Assignment to call the broken home with my book ‘No, Not One!’ which is due out in print form May 15, calling for Revival 10 days later on May 25, 2025.   

         I know how this sounds.  I'll let you choose.  It is your choice. Let’s just say that the Bible states that with God, All Things Are Possible. On that note, I must admit, Sir, that Target was not my first choice of place for Miss Bess to join with for this Revival. I must admit that I also stopped shopping at Target years ago when the DEI campaigns started. 

          BUT GOD; second chances are available to all.  Please keep in mind that The Bible states in Revelation 3:16. New King James Version ... "So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth."  You must be either hot or cold.  

          Most Christians understand that they can’t stop organizations that promote things that go against their beliefs. But, they also know that by spending their money (God’s money) at those places, they condone it. For many seniors, this fight is all they’ve left of their hopes and dreams. It’s what makes them feel like they’ve still got some skin in the game. 

          If you will allow me to be so bold Sir, I’ll be the one to ask what we're all questioning. Christians everywhere are wondering where Target stands now? What did that move mean? Was it intentional?

          What is your campaign strategy going forward? How quickly can stock recover? And, most importantly, would you be willing to make an effort to show support for Miss Bess within a few weeks? 

          My grandmother always used to say, ‘you have not because you ask not’. I am trying to do the best job possible on this task at hand. Therefore, I had to ask. I am a simple soul. I am not a person of many needs.  However, I must admit that this Revival has sparked a fire in my soul, and the conditions of this world appear to fan the flames daily. 

          Sir, I am already in contact with the heads of the churches. We are using every effort we have. Although Revival was not my original intention, I must admit that it does appear this is going to happen.  Trust me, no one will be more surprised than I when the papers read  ‘One Little Old Lady Calls for Revival!’

          My 90-year-old mother thinks it has a certain charm to it. My 28 year old son is a veteran and has offered to try and contact Trump. This will be as big as God wants it to be. It appears that people need someone to rally behind. I hope to motivate the younger generations to greatness.

          Although, I have only had time to contact a few radio stations. The local Christian station is offering to see what they can do to promote the upcoming book and Revival, but I want to invite ALL ‘the broken’ home. I want to reach those I couldn’t reach any other way.  God desires ‘Revival – Come Alive 2025 – You Were Made for More’ to be a nationwide event.

          Please allow me to continue just a little longer. Let's say, hypothetically, Target were to announce a campaign promoting Miss Bess. In the end times, the Bible does state Christians will be persecuted. Your bullseye logo is appropriate...

· Target is facing multiple lawsuits linked to it’s shifting DEI policies.

     Can an organization be sued for returning to the God that built this great Country? Anything is possible. But, they had better be careful of what they ask for, Miss Bess could actually make you into a martyr that has Christian’s leaving Walmart and Amazon by the droves to support their God, their Country… and Target.

· AI says Target has a 30.33 upside potential based on analysts average price target.      

     Tariffs are going drop trade faster than a hot potato. What went up must come down. We all know there will be a reset. It would seem that your company could benefit from supporting American Made. People may want to contract with your company rather than selling to other companies who purchase largely from China. Christians are required to forgive, not to forget. Everyone lost someone. Supply may become limited.

· I noticed that when Target announced it would conclude its 3-year venture with DEI and its Racial Equity Inclusion initiatives in January, the boycotts started a few weeks later. 

     But, if this was a repentance, then Target couldn’t support any initiative other than God. You can thank them for pointing out that you had the courage to Stand Up and Take A Stand. That is what my book is about.

· I see K-mart and Target are merging. Who owns the most stock?

     That would be Seniors. Americans aged 55 or over now own 80% of stocks, an increase of 60% from 20 years ago.

· Quora reports that Target’s stock has declined 13% over the past three months. 

     Odd number. It appears that you have been made the underdog, and it’s time for you to join the fight and come out swinging with the rest of us. As is my mission… I am only responsible for providing the invitation. The choice is solely yours.

     History proves that God doesn’t necessarily call the qualified.  God will qualify those who answer the call. Unbelievable as it seems, it appears God favors this permanently disabled sinner saved by grace. I am here to announce that 'Help is On The Way!'

     I have taken up enough of your time. Thank you for graciously considering our request. I do hope you will be blessed for the stand you have already taken. Setting the example often hurts. Don’t worry, rejoice, nothing is done in vain, God sees all!

     A Welcome letter, the rough draft of my book and the 4 Appendixes: Healthy cooking and nutrition, a Senior Draft to Serve, A Family Scavenger Hunt and an online Thrift Shop hopes to encourage all to return to church, and stand unapologetically proud of God, and to country, and improve physically, mentally, socially and spiritually by coming together as A Community of Faith.
